      None company is full of corruption

      Leadership has underbid lied about size of company and employees to qualify for certain government contracts ! And gave subcontracts / minority contracts to family member of people already working with MCS! Lots of nepotism!! Gil jr is a racist and only gives high position to people he knows !! It’s a who who - lots of infidelity within departments and leadership is aware!! Program managers with internal staff

      Forced to take time off without pay when they ran out of hours from the prime contractor, Promised to pay for annual certification dues but never came though, even though it was part of the contract Lack of leadership Poor communication No increase for first 3 years of contract
