      Pros

      Worked with great people who cared a lot about their residents. As they were building a community you really felt like you had a family that was willing to help. I love it when other management would get on the floor to help!

      Sometimes it felt like the residents were more demanding than expected.

      Patients, some staff is decent

      Cons

      Where do I start? ALWAYS understaffed. No accountability so bad employees do what they want. Scheduling is awful. People call off daily. I will never work for them again.
