Great coworkers, is the only thing that comes to mind.

Cons

Management does not care about the staff. They do not listen to our concerns despite repeatedly asking for our feedback on surveys. Made for a toxic work environment in an already difficult situation taking care of sick patients. It became unbearable when Providence took over, forcing me to leave after almost 20 years of employment. Was sad to leave all my coworkers, but now a majority of them have also moved on.
