      Very flexible and understanding management, willing to hear and consider personal circumstances to better suite their staff. I've always felt comfortable bringing my business and personal concerns to my supervisor, that I felt was impacting my working ability. Thankfully, they've always shown compassion and the willingness to help me succeed at my job. Even offering any assistance that they can in order for me to get past my situational hurdles at work or at home.

      Cons

      The mortgage industry is a tough business, so the everyday pressures to keep up with your daily production and efforts matrix can be stressful. Understandably, most careers have their fair share of stress, not to put the mortgage industry above the rest; however, I wish there were more provided avenues and resources to contact in order to address these concerns besides the typical 3rd party therapist.
