The culture was or still is, paramount to the company. Nice people; politics are kept to c-level management.

Cons

Tons of nepotism. Family-owned isn't a good way to do business and breeds lazy ways of making clients and workers happy.

Awesome company culture, amazing CEO, great clients and a good place to learn from lots of very smart people. You get the pleasure of collaborating with lots of creative minds. They also have great benefits.

Limited opportunity for growth if you come in at an entry level (it’s a small team so it can be challenging to move up.

MISSION is a great company to work for and can honestly say this is the best company I have worked for in my career. The employees at MISSION are what make this place special and their unique ability to collaborate is rewarding but also allows for tremendous growth. Everyone at MISSION from the management team to their interns share a common goal to elevate the work for their clients. As an agency, their commitment to clients has allow me the opportunity to work with some amazing local, national and international clients. The quality of the work, the talent of the team, and the types of clients are what makes great companies stand out and MISSION has it all.
