Pros
Meet a lot of really good people who come from the SF Bay area.
Cons
Leadership lacks vision and the ability to plan ahead. This trend has led to stagnant programs, weak donor events, and limited marketing efforts. While there were a few quality staff members here before Covid (and maybe still), the leadership style presented by the CEO is stifling and suppressive of ideas outside of their understanding.
