Pros

A solid group of people to work with. Actual accrued vacation. Decent benefits, though they are expensive. There's an opportunity to work on interesting projects. The ability to work 4, 10-hour days is nice.

Cons

A callback to the office for all employees, even those hired as fully remote, has the place in turmoil. Communication from HR and senior management is nonexistent, leaving people in limbo for an extended period. Too many long-term employees have become complacent, making it difficult to get work done.

Pros

Not many, still seeking positives. Many of the employees what to do right, but lack effective Senior Management.

Cons

Company is 10-15 years behind industry. Many projects lack vision or planning. Upper management states they want change/improvement but then does not support the change or hold individuals accountable for poor performance. No concern for employees. GOBN.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, mostly good people to work with.

Cons

Most people are promoted to positions of authority because of their personal relationships with management, not because of their knowledge and skill for completing quality work on time or ability to motivate people in a positive way. When I left quality was not a thing there, like it used to be years ago.
