      Pros

      For individuals with a passion for academia, MSU is an excellent environment to be. The pace of the work is ideal for those seeking a steady but not overwhelming workflow.

      Cons

      Management within the university has certain restrictions due to the nature of the industry and they fall back on (exaggerate) those to keep their employees underpaid or in negative working conditions.

      Pros

      Although the pay is on the lower end for staff, the benefits are top notch. Medical and dental insurance, retirement, plenty of time off, and free tuition (to an extent). Overall, these factors make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      The only downside is that the pay isn't all that great for regular staff, but there's more than enough benefits to make up for that.
