- Because of the 'flat' structure of the company, it can be difficult to identify whose responsibility is what at times
- The company is still quite lean and green, so employees may need to wear a couple hats (and this may lead to the above issue again)
- As it's an engineering firm, a lot of the focus for business/team development or identifying needs is engineering based, yet there are several employees who are not engineers and have different needs/goals within the company and may not identify with company goals
