Pros
Great clients. Great brand in the market. Executives are responding to us when we reach out because they know we have exclusive, C-suite or board member jobs for them. There is career development within the business, you just have to work hard and focus on achieving and overachieving your targets. It's a very results-based environment. They don't micromanage staff and they don't tell you how to do your job. They don't check your hours even. So, great place to work in that sense. Also, work-life-balance. You're not expected to do over hours at all. In fact, some people in the team work on a 4-day work week and nobody cares.
Cons
Some people hired in the past didn't have the maturity to manage themselves. Because the business expects everyone to be responsible, some people became a bit too relaxed and didn't perform well.
