Nothing can make me think this company has as positive.

Cons

Departments are not organized, they hired people they don't need and laid off people without analyzing their jobs or what other duties that person can be good for.

We can see that this is an old comment, but we wish to respond regardless! We're sorry you can't see any positives, but we can see several: growing agency, experienced diverse clients and team members, employee satisfaction survey results show all positive and no declines! We feel we have great teams that are collaborative with the ability to bring the best solutions and ideas to clients. Our LocalLink network allows our teams to grow and expand as needed which minimize the need for routine layoffs or job cuts and our Horizons program promoted career mobility across the Dentsu Aegis Network. We think we have the best of both worlds!

Small Minded, Dishonest, Judgemental

Many strong ties to Walmart.

Cons

Very insular. Not diverse. Very against non Christian, non White, non Walmart shoppers. Not creative or open minded. I could never recommend this agency as an employer or as a counselor in good faith.

We appreciate your comment; however, we don't agree. Mitchell is full of team members who are open-minded and who think big! Our agency is made up of team members who have lived all over the world and we love the diversity that they bring to our organization and to our many clients.

Nice office. Some nice people, the ones that don't act like it's a sorority.

Cons

Working here is like working in a cross between a trailer park and a sorority house. Management has no real life experience to tell the rest of us how to work. Management favors the guys. Sad Everyone is from Arkansas, boring. One token black person.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. We love the fact that Mitchell is diverse with people from multiple PR firms, backgrounds, ethnicities and all walks of life. We promote transparency and open communication, who has time for anything else?? Working in silos and cliques are discouraged and frowned upon…it just isn't our culture here. If you see this going on, let us know and we'll handle it!
