      good yearly pay rise, but you already underpaid from the start. so it sucks

      Cons

      kinda useless training (not really used). limited benefit (only bpjs). underpaid salary. unclear opportunities. long contract (3 years) with fine (remaining contract months * base salary) if ended on our own.
