About JOB SECURITY:
if you are an experienced person, then you will be fired by saying your attitude is not good. if you are a fresher with 1-month experience, then you will be fired by saying that your performance is not good and if you are fresher with an experience more than 7-10months then the reason should be performance and attitude. There is no JOB SECURITY here. You will get fired at any time.
About Work:
The workload is very high, it's above your imagination. There are no entertainment facilities in the office. No appreciations for your work. You should work a minimum of 8 hours inside the office (not first entry and last exit). Mitsogo will select more employees to the HR and operations team to find the next employee to terminate. This HR and operations (8hr * 5 working team) team count is higher than the team count of DevOps (24*7 working team). You can't sleep with peace, management will call you when you are at home also.
About Salary:
Mitsogo pays more salary to freshers only because they need them. Experienced employees are treated as slaves and if questioned, then gets fired. You will surely get a new job after leaving the company, but the salary increment is less or the in-hand salary will be less because here there is no PF and ESI, so your next company will bargain you by telling this. You won't get a salary increment, they will tell any cheap reasons for that. There are no salary increment policies, don't believe in their words.
About Designations:
You can become a manager within one year if you are bending your head and backbone else You will get selected as a Software engineer and gives you excel editing. similarly, they will give change your designation frequently like monkey jumping.
About Pantry:
An open pantry, which is really good to enjoy the time, If it's rain then water will fall in your tea and biscuits. If it's sunny, then you can enjoy the 33 degrees Kochi's hot air.
Night workers will get dinner from the office. Veg meals, Chappati veg curry, Porotta egg curry. If you get biriyani, then chill you are lucky.
