      Pros

      Great benefits, plenty of room to excel higher in the company, steady workflow, and easy-paced environment. The size of the company is small enough where everyone knows each other and easy to reach.

      Cons

      While there are times of high workflow to keep you busy, there are slow days where keeping yourself busy and working can be a struggle. Staying motivated to do your job can be challenging when there is little to do and you finished your daily tasks.

      ・typical "old-fashion" company ・employees don't really know the extent of their discretion and who is responsible for what. So, they brush it under the rug. ・you can't develop your career as you want. it's in the hands of HR team.
