A boss who believes leadership means telling others what to do while staying comfortably uninvolved or can simply said they do not delegate the task, they DUMP. If u got an offer think wisely and prepare a tough mind and physical if u want to give it a try. That place isn’t an internship, it’s free labor in a bad environment.
