It’s rough

Pros

Commission is decent and they do provide leads

Cons

You are micro managed which is weird for 1099 reps Literally expected to call the list of leads they gave you 8 hours a day and if you don’t they remove you from list and tell you not to work for the day In the beginning you feel apart of something then after a couple of weeks you realize it’s all about money and your just another number

One of Mitt Group's main principals is to always manage to performance. Meaning it makes no difference if a sales rep calls for one hour or eight. As long as they hit their goals & standards. This is how we are able to have sales reps work from all around the country remotely. Lastly we take our culture very seriously. As we have won Best Places to Work three years in a row. But we also realize this is a company and we want to push every person to succeed so their families will always be taken care of. Holding people accountable can be uncomfortable for some.

Pros

This is definitely the best company I have ever worked for. Incredible leadership, unlimited pay, no caps on salary , flexible schedule, very motivational CEO, life-changing for me and my family! Unlimited opportunities to succeed!

Cons

Honestly, no cons really. Optional to work on a Saturday, but you get extra bonuses and trips, which really motivates the employees even more.

Be Cautious

Pros

Company support structure and guidance

Cons

If they want they will not adhere to the contract you signed. Several former employees are owed $1000's of dollars for jobs that completed but Grant decided to not honor contracts and instead keep the money for himself. He will come up with some BS as to why that's a good thing.

Integrity is something that Mitt Group takes extremely seriously. We will always adhere to our contractual agreements. If any rep breaks our contract or doesn't maintain their old projects it will be managed from the MittGroup administrative team.
