It is not OK to hire people with the intention of firing them easily

Pros

not a lot I can think of

Cons

I used to work for a new non-profit foundation that Joe, the same Mivatek founder, started. It will fail for sure, just a matter of time. He hired and fired people in a blink of eyes, not considering that people left their previous job to join his team. Usually, to fire, you should at least give people a chance to do a performance evaluation and if things really do not work out again, then fire. People are fired are left in a confused state and probably never see it coming. While you might have more money than a lot of people, I believe one day karma will serve you right. It will come back to bite you in one way or another. Let's see. :)

CEO won't come to terms that the market has changed.

Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

Goes through staff trying to find the "right" person that can help the company. The right person being one that takes very little wage and demands success without acknowledging that success is sometimes built upon strong pillars of many individual departments.
