      Great benefits and support programs. Great middle managers that really care about the company.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely risk averse. Insane amount of paperwork to be filed, and subsequently be forgotten about.

      People are nice and you can work remotely. They have good benefits and pay is okay

      Cons

      Hard to move up and the bonus system is supposed to be on individual performances but it seems more like how well your project is doing. Plus you’re being compared to other people
