- good clientele - Good tips - coworkers/staff very nice and welcoming - has an apprenticeship program
Cons
Management can be manipulative and often makes you question your own judgment. There’s little to no opportunity for growth—some assistants have been there for over 3 years without a raise or promotion, and others have been assisting for 3–6+ years without ever getting on the floor. Favoritism is noticeable, and one of the owners, while initially approachable, eventually became disrespectful and unprofessional.
