Pros

- Very talented team - Interesting projects - Promising near future - Flexibility - Excellent training budget - Good socials

Cons

- If you are foreigner, you HAVE TO act, think, and basically be as any other Norwegian, it’s a very close minded culture and you will be treated differently if you don’t fit in their rules - Base salary is a shame (good bonus though) - If you are not Norwegian speaker, you will struggle A LOT to get projects and interesting assignments - The career plans are not clear

Mixed feelings

Pros

- There's a lot of work for very interesting clients. - They invite you with the family for their summer party and Trysil trip

Cons

- Archaic software stack. Don't expect to work with new and fancy things. - Feels like the tech teams are understaffed and struggling, and the company mostly invests in sales - The number of events the company organizes requires that you give the company a lot of your personal time for free. Company trips almost always include Saturdays. - Bad work life balance. The company claims they are one big family, but it feels you have to choose either your own family or them. - Company and the management make difficulties when having to work remotely. I heard on the corridors that COVID was a blessing because there was remote work and no company outings. - Salaries are on the low end. Moving to competition gave me a 30% pay increase. Bonus and stock program tries to address this, but those are not a part of the base salary and other companies also have that.

Great company, great culture!

Pros

- Market leading company in a fast expanding sector means plenty of work, but still great work/life balance - Relatively flat organisation. Everyone is on first name basis with the CEO. - Good benefits. - Employee shareholder program. - Lots of social activities, some including +1s/families. - You can shape your own job (within reason); if you have a good business idea, the company will support you. - English working language makes it easy for foreign employees (we have many) to assimilate.

Cons

Can't really think of anything wrong to say about working here. Some reviews mention diversity. While it is true that we have less than 20% female employees (many in technical roles), this reflects the industry as a whole, and we would welcome more.
