At Mo-Sys, we regularly work with placement students and aim to provide a valuable learning experience. Our approach is to give individuals the freedom to explore and contribute to real projects with support from experienced colleagues. We appreciate this can feel less structured than an academic setting, and we try to be clear from the outset that our environment requires a flexible approach.
