Pros
If you enjoy working in a family business, this is the place for you. As long as you keep the CEO and his people happy, it doesn't matter what you do or whether you deliver. Miraculously, the stock seems to be going up.
Cons
It is run like it is the CEO's family business. If he likes somebody, it doesn't matter if they deliver or not they still hang around. IDT folks Nobody really understood why Prism was acquired, when we could have just licensed the serdes from them. Magnalynx guys are just sitting in Iowa and collecting their money. Engineering and Marketing execs don't get along. Marketing people seem to come and go. Sales people don't stay more than 6 months.
