Pros

Lots of nice people to work with, Editor-wise. Lots of interesting projects to work on. Finishing team is grade A, even when they take the most out of client beatings.

Cons

Everyone tells you to go somewhere else to grow. Does not hire from within. Underpays support staff to laughable wages.

Mob Scene, a full service creative ad agency is a fun work environment. Collaborative and open- minded staff. Not Google, but plenty of events, live music and healthy things to eat and drink.

Cons

Could bump up pay a notch, which helps retain talent.

Some very talented and hardworking colleagues and many opportunities to work on major entertainment projects.

Cons

Upper management lacks direction and HR was an area of concern. A lot of money is spent on frivolous "amenities" while performance reviews and raise requests are regularly delayed as a tactic.
