      Toxic and exploitative company with low culture and moral

      Pros

      + work in a nice open space office + pet, but not human-friendly

      Cons

      - no perks and low salaries - the company is trying to squeeze all the juices from you claiming to make "the extra mile for the common good" - immature and ready-to-blame-you leadership that pretends to be your buddy - will literally fire you on the last day of your approbation period - no clear guidance and constantly changing requirements - will waste your time and energy for nothing

      Confused Leadership Lacking Direction

      Pros

      - First impressions seems positive and there are individuals within the organisation that are welcoming and are willing to accept people from other cultures which is a nice change than what you see usually in Finnish startups. - Good lively office space

      Cons

      - Executive Leadership is immature and hasty, not a good sign for an early stage startup - There have been recently quite a few employees let go probably because of poor resource planning. The economic situation isn't helping either. - There seems to be a hit and trial approach in action at the cost of individuals' career. - Someone looking for a place to learn & grow should think twice before accepting an offer.
