Small, cutting-edge company with good work-life balance. Quality is driven from top management and supported by everyone, which is rare. Excellent cooperation and support between departments. Approachable and responsive leadership. Easy to make friends.
Cons
The office, while appealing to those who love quirky atmospheres (there's a working disco ball!), is renovated from an old factory and could benefit from more light fixtures.
