My tenure with Mobinext resembled consulting work, assigned to Huges Systique (HSC). After a year of dedicated service, post-project completion, I was unexpectedly dismissed. Despite expectations of support from parent company Mobinext, there was no assistance in securing another role. This lack of support and abrupt termination have left me disheartened. I believe Mobinext should review their termination procedures and offer clearer communication and assistance during such transitions to ensure a more positive employee experience
