Too many negative things.
First important thing is company does not pay salary for more than 5-6 months. Many current employees have not received their salary for more than 5-6 months. The employees who has left the company has not received a salary for more than 6-7 months, or even more than one year. I read all the reviews posted here on Glassdoor. And those reviews are true about company not paying the salary, also not using any project management tools and not looking after its employees. I also read the answers given by company management. These answers are just copy-paste answers. With that answer, they accept that company has no money and has not paid salary for more than 6-7 months. This is shameful. If you cannot pay salary, you have no right to recruit people. This act is cheating. And management is accepting that in this public platform. The management do not take any step to clear the salary of its employees.
Another thing is there is no vision at all. None of the employees know what they are supposed to do. There were 2-3 new projects came when I was working with Mobien, but there was no guidance on what needs to be done. There were no project management expertise or tools, that were used. Also no guidance for new employees or freshers on what to do, how to do things etc.
There are no HR policies. There is no guidance on professional front. No one know what needs to be done. Most important, no one takes ownership of anything in the company, not even the directors. If you ask salary, they will give some future date and give some stupid reason that they do not have money.
