      Pros

      Mobients is like the family I never had. People here genuinely care about each other and help you succeed. I have never worked with such a diverse group of people who think about things in different ways and yet, come together to get the best out of themselves and their teams. Mobients allows for a freedom to express your thoughts and ideas, and everyone's idea is valuable. There is an excellent variety of exciting projects to work to do, especially for mobile app, internet of things and omni-channel experience. Everyone is important and everyone contributes.

      Cons

      It can seem very easy to get comfortable here and continue to work on a particular project, although that may not be necessarily a bad thing.

      Pros

      You get to work with a talented group of diverse, intelligent, and wonderfully pleasant people. I love the Mobients Community. The big client projects are fun, challenging, and will keep you sharp as you will challenge yourself to learn and grow every day.

      Cons

      I can't really say too many cons. We do get to go out on lunches, we are all friends. Oh wait. Those are pros. Ok, so what about the cons?

      Pros

      Mobients boasts a diverse team, both culturally and experience-wise. This company, though boutique, provides opportunities to gain real experience in a variety of key industries and with major brands. As a designer, I am constantly challenged to solve for unique and interesting problems, and think beyond 'right now'. The culture here encourages self-expression, creativity and authenticity of character, resulting in an atmosphere of close-knit professionalism and hard work.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but good time management skills and the ability to multi-task are a plus.
