1. No full & final settlement, even after 45+ days 2. Relieving letter withheld 3. Background verification blocked without reason 4. Arbitrary policy changes used against outgoing employees 5. No explanation, no accountability It’s disturbing to see a company weaponize HR processes to harass former employees instead of resolving things fairly. I’ve stayed silent long enough—but enough is enough. If I’m expected to follow rules, so should the organisation.
