      1. Company had good vision and good product. 2. Frequent parties :)

      Cons

      1. Preferential to selected few 2. Insecurity within management. 3. Cold wars and muddled work environment 4. Manager creates fear of loosing job within team.

      Mobikon doesn't believe in preferential treatment to any of their employees however we do display concern to each person’s problems in a specialized way as everyone is different. We don't endorse putting the fear of losing the job to employees but necessary actions are required where there has been a performance issue. Thanks, Mobikon

      Great opportunities to high performers but unfortunate that the apparatus is not built in a way that most people can succeed Salaries are on-par with market standards

      Cons

      Logging in-out time of employees. - Tracking people even whilst inside office premises Lack of trust between employees The HR team is non-existent. CEO can veto anything. Lack of empathy towards employees(even reasonable empathy) Conservative culture (including best practices methodologies) set in the 1980s

      One of the best start ups to work with

      Pros

      We get to learn bundle of technologies. Your ideas, innovations and choice of technology always welcomed. No barriers to explore new technologies. Balanced work life. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Poor HR, no cultural or sports events. Less benefits. Delayed appraisals, annual appraisal cycle in June which actually happens in september. Sometime you get abused by your boss for delays in the project completion even though you are working on it and the delay is due to dependency on other entities. They just dont consider it and points your mistakes by digging into emails and other sources.

We do keep in mind the dependency on other entities when looking at delays in delivery of work but we also believe that all parties involved need to push/motivate/help each other in any way possible to complete the tasks as per deadline.
