      They lie and mis represent your resume to end clients. You will become an slave contract for 48 month. If you resign you will be law suite and you will have to pay attorney fees and must of all you will not able to work in the US never

      Pros

      - If you're looking for professional challenges that offer both personal and professional growth, you might consider becoming a consultant.  - You get to travel to a new city in every project.

      Cons

      - Low salary at the start. But once you get a project, salary raises are fast and considerable. - Bench time get a little stressful as you need to constantly keep updating yourself and preparing yourself for interviews. - Once you join a new project there is a chance that the client offers you a position. It is not a good idea to join them regardless of the money they offer.
