      Pros

      Great new industry for anyone who likes technology. Great culture and good people. Not a corporate feeling environment and everyone is generally close.

      Cons

      Young company who is learning and making strides to get better. Management makes changing too quick without fully implementing a plan. Hard work will generally pay off, but career advancements are limited and difficult to obtain.
