Pros
Consistent work, great pay after getting overtime, decent benefits, air conditioned factory, making the jeep wrangler and that is it pretty much.
Cons
The downside of working at Mobis would have to be the long hours periodically ranging from 8-10 hours m-sa depending on the demand of the product at the time being, inexperienced supervisors, not enough pay for the work complete and also constant changing of policies.

Lack of leadership and management. Making impulsive business decisions always brings chaos.
