Pros

Mobile Solutions offers career advancement, great health insurance, gym memberships and much more. The owners are very involved with the company and they genuinely care about their employees. Culture is a very big deal to the company and management puts a lot of time in making sure people enjoy being at work.

Cons

The only con for me is that the company is located in Colorado and it snows too much.

more than fair commission structure. amazing culture -company provides food with breakfast, snack, coffee, and lunch options in our kitchen for all to use. -fun events for hitting goals like all expense paid trips to Mexico, amazing holiday parties. -family environment with pot lucks/ friday dress downs/food trucks in parking lot/ charity drives and much more. I would recommend to anyone.

Cons

there are no cons to working at Mobile Solutions. I plan to work here until retirement.

Pros

Snacks, food truck fridays in the summer, events, coworkers are great, president of the company (Kim, not Jim) is great, Director of Ops (Amber).

Cons

CEO is cold, plays favorites and makes people on edge. Micromanages departments where he really should let the managers take over-except the one department that actually needs micromanaging which is sales. A lot of his favorite managers spend good portions of their days in the break room playing Golden Tee that he bought and let the sales team pick (surprise, surprise). But he will be quick to hop on anyone else who he thinks is not meeting expectations. They will also work you to the bone and then act like you are not contributing enough.

We have an open door policy and are always accepting of feedback and ways to grow. While you are entitled to your own opinion, it behooves me to defend my team members. My management and sales team would not be where they are without each of their individual, relentless pursuit of bettering one another and Mobile Solutions as a whole. From the beginning, Mobile Solutions has overcome challenges together, we face obstacles head on and don’t shy away from the difficulties. The true test of a person is how they handle the adversity thrown their way and each of my team members continually rises to the challenge.
