There is a fast-pace to the exams delivery team, which is exciting for people like me that like the challenge, each day is kinda new and I dont like mundane jobs.
The leadership is good and work through problems including a big challenge recently that affected lots of exam companies.
They have a good approach to flexi working for most roles {(some roles have more requirement to be in the office than others)
The head office staff engagement activities have been really fun.
Cons
The pay for junior staff is quite low but most of the roles are London-based and get London weighting, so it makes up for it.
Sometimes things are forgotten about which leads to last minute requests, making workload planning hard.
