Lots Of. I loved working here. - Great and motivating team. Including top management. - Good projects, Clients with great learning opportunities. (Even if you're a novice or at beginner level). - Positive environment. (You'd like to wait for Mondays instead of Fridays) - Work-Life balance is also a big Pro - The team is diverse and it's a remote-first company.
Cons
Not many except one. And that is pay. - It is not a bigger company. It's a small and growing company. But, If you have capabilities and proven your talent. They'll try to make you happy with pay as well. But there's a limitation on that too.
