      1. Exposure to cross functional work helped me understand the business beyond my role. 2. Opportunity to work on high visibility projects with measurable business impact. 3. Performance is recognized based on outcomes, not office politics. 4. Employees gain exposure to real business challenges and strategic thinking. 5. I find a motivating environment where employees are encouraged to grow, take ownership, and make meaningful contributions. 6. Almost all the latest/cutting-edge technologies are adopted which eventually helps to keep myself updated with skills.

      Cons

      To be honest I do not find any cons particularly, Employees are very well being taken care, all management want is work no other politics at all.
