      Nice company turned in just another corporation where you are a small wheal

      Pros

      Many cool colleagues from all over the world.

      Cons

      The company was acquired in 2018 by a Venture Capital. Since then, all management from all offices was replaced with ppl with corporate experience. Especially in operations, the higher management treat people like simply wheals. Their previous experience was either to maintain normal operations while firing massively, or to work hard people on 20% smaller salary than the market (Capgemini). With such mentality, they will never treat you like a person. Especially if you are based in Romania

      - Flexible working conditions - Very talented team, with various backgrounds (nationalities, languages, experiences, and so on) - Attractive package (salary, extra holiday, group insurance) - Employer open to negotiate additional trainings after a year or so - Small team: proximity between people

      Cons

      - Lack of strategic consistency leading to paradoxical assignments, perpetual HR reorganization, high turnover of teams, no focus on getting things done (starting zillions of projects at once, all ending up being unfinished), firefighting - Lack of leadership leading to artificial flat structure, hazardous governance, mixed/unclear responsibilities in management positions, deteriorating relationship between colleagues (also due to unjustified increased pressure)
