Pros

# Great company for "CHAMCHA's" # If you are not a good developer you will get max hike, Just need to fill the google sheets. # You will be Team Lead after 3 months of development # 8 day working in a week with avg 12 hrs of work is mandatory otherwise salary will be deducted. # They prefer rapid development , If you can develop a app within 5-7 days no matter whatever the project requirement, then only you can work here.

Cons

It will take 3-4 days to write points in this section ....So below are the just an overview # Your salary depends on client's Sign-off , If your projects are on hold for 3 months you will get salary after 3 month. # Min Working Hrs- 9:30am to 8pm # Avg working hrs- 9:30am to 10 pm # Leaves are not allowed here, If you have 20 leaves pending and you will ask for a single leave they will fire you. # MNC with 400 employees where 350 employees are trainee developer # And the toughest job is to get relieved from mobiloitte, it's nearly impossible, You have to survive min 3 months of notice period and after relieving it will take 4-5 months for FNF. # Officially 5 days working in a week, But you will get a mail on Friday evening to come on Saturday and then Saturday evening to come on Sunday as well...... # A central hub for politicians Beware of the bugs in the above code because I am a Mobiloittian and development is just a copy paste thing for me.

Pros

If you want a life full of mess join them. If you like multiple roles without a KRA (BA, CA, Canteen person, etc) join them. If you want a life that you want to hate join them. If you want others to hate you, join them. If you have no freaking clue about Mobile apps join them. If you are good in politics join them. If you are good for nothing and can only make big talks join them. If you want to make sure your personal life is effed up, join them. You want to have booze on parties and keep working like a robot join them. You can develop anything without scope and guidelines join them..! You dont know anything?? You are a zero in life?? FOR SURE join them..!! Let's move to cons else having too much pros as well is not a good thing.”

Cons

I can go on and on and on and on.................! -No project is ever delivered , leave apart late delivery. -number of employees = 400 (Almost) out of which Trainees and worthless staff (350) -If you are late in the morning salaries cut -If your project is delayed.. Salary Cut -Same with Clients they come to this company with projects on there will, but leaveas perthe company wish. Clients have come here with Police, with Advocates -, The top management everyone (most of the people) are clogged , either used to sell connections in Reliance communication or sell balloons on road -Resign and be prepared for a HORRID time, releaving (IF DONE) will be on there terms . -During notice period, they will give you all fully escalated projects so that you are stuck LONGER. -Even a single positive review put here is not true they are done by HR or the new joiners trainees who are asked to put those up. -There will be new processes new departments made every day. -Minimum work time 9.30 am - next day as well developers are also made to stay over night to complete projects and at that time not even food is offered to them. -Officially you will be told 1st Saturday is working but you will be asked to come on all Saturdays. - Cherry on the cake, you have to come on Saturday will be told to you on Friday @ 11 PM in the night..! -The HR's OH BOY OH BOY..!! Even a fox will be afraid of them. - Salary (if comes) comes on 15th but every month they have reasons to hold them or delay them and deduct them. - Two washrooms ALWAYS filled.! I swear..! - Top Management : Fire and takes shot by keeping guns on other peoples shoulders. - Top Management: incompetent, non-supportive, technically zero..!! -Employee Satisfaction:ZERO, negative.. as i said i can go on and on and on.!!!” Mark my words: Every single Positive review here is written by HR and company people. Just go speak to some clients of there and you will realize how big a mess this place is. Advice

Pros

I worked at Mobiloitte full-time for more than a year

Cons

Cons – The company sucks by all the way. 1.Worst work environment and celebrate labour day . 2.You will loose your skills there by working on scrap projects where only hours are required. 3.They will lodge a case if you leave the company ( That you will certainly leave) before 2 years. 4.You will feel like you should "leave IT field" wile working there. 5.Managers are born fool there. 6.You can become PM if you are fool and unskilled.Only criteria is to complain your juniors. 7.Here sales persons are best developer.
