In recent times, the company has gone through some changes, and our team is currently smaller. I believe this presents a great opportunity to strengthen our company culture and foster a greater sense of connection and belonging. Since many of us work remotely or in a hybrid model, it would be valuable to create more opportunities to come together in person, perhaps through team events or gatherings a few times a year. This would help us get to know each other better and build stronger relationships across the company.
