Pros

Great company with a strong vision and experience management. Mobinets has great look into the future and a professional team with realistic ideas .

Cons

While i was working in Mobinets for 8years .the CEO managed to lift the company from 20 employees to over 100emloyees In Lebanon and around the world. He was a salesperson. An operational manager.financial CFO and most of all personal financial backers. He worked extremely hard by traveling oversees 80 percent of his time to secure projects. But at no fault of any Mobinets employees or the CEO .he had to make a decision....keep the company afloat and ride the bad waves of back stabbing ex high managers and try to maintain up to 60 employees employed with some delay in salaries. Or close the hall company down ? He made a choice to keep all on board while using his personal assets as security in order to obtain finance to keep going. Also i have a message to my dear colleagues ...you all know the cost of traveling. Hotels and monthly expenses as well as salaries cost before he can sign a contract and most of all....you the staff had to do the work on time before we get any money...so you now the Pressure this CEO had and still has.. Last.. be fair with your comments and dont bite the hands that provided for your family..

Pros

I've met several good guys and created many friends who are not related to the Shalak Family (CEO Family) which controls the company.

Cons

Very bad environment controlled by a dictator called Labib Shalak (CEO). He thought he knows everything and everybody else knows nothnig. He treated the employees as slaves taking advantage of the situation in north Lebanon and the lack of opportunities. Employees are forced to work late during night, weekend, holidays. Salaries are always late. You may not get the salary your were promised before joining the company. Employees are forced to pay there hotel & expenses during travel missions. No Cash money is provided and you may be reimbursed in 3 or 4 months or even more. If you decide to leave the company forget about your money (expenses, late salaries, promised bonus, unpaid vacation...). You have simply to divorce your social/family life before you join the company. The CEO is the only decision maker in this company. Even senior and management level employees are badly treated and several times humiliated and accused for wrong decisions taken by himself. This guy is danger and has connections. He used it once to arrest one of the x-employees. He is a big liar. He cheated the customers and promised them what he cannot deliver until he signed the PO then he never finish the project. For several years NON of the project was closed. Presently the company is in a very bad situation after they lost several projects. There is one rumor from inside that they will cut 30% of the company. Another rumor that they will go announce bankruptcy soon.

Pros

As a software developer there is a lot to do because the main product need a lot, lot of work to brought to the level than any buyer would be expecting. In general people are friendly.

Cons

C-Level management is Trying to sale The product everywhere But the product has critical bugs everytime it is tested so customer don't like it and developers and telco integrators get blamed all the time and we get threatened. Salaries are always late and for trips to customers we don't get expenses paid back. Most of people are borrowing money from family. CEO think the product is good but no customers are accepting the software. It's too buggy. Shalak the boss does not understand software development, band we get bad requirements all the time. There is no empathy or trust in people that actually appear to know what they are doing. There is no leadership, not even management, this is "blameship". I Salary are being paid late and sometimes not paid, specially if you happen to be leaving the company or are a supplier. There is however money to pay for a new website and trips to telecoms conferences and so on. The office in Tripoli, Lebanon, is cold in winter, steaming hot in summer and the toilets bad stench is overwhelmin May God help the member of staff that are suffering.
