      Pros

      The CEO is an Indian Canadian, and t it is a diversity workplace.

      Cons

      Low salary, Overwork, Delayed salary . They always hire people because they fire their staff very easily and quickly. As soon as I accepted the job offer on the phone, they asked me to create some presentation documents for the project before the real starting date.

      Good people that are fun and a location that isn't half bad. IT service was very handy when I was there.

      Cons

      Very adhoc style of management, and if you aren't art of management's inner-circle, it can be very tough to be heard.
