Not a good place to work for experienced. Every year or every couple of years they fire people. Risk is more if you are getting paid more. No processes set. No work from home. All the authorities are held by single person. So, no freedom to employees to make decisions.

Lack of team lunch and meetings makes team bonding very diffcult, no employee in Mobisoft will actually know what is vision, mission and future goals of Mobisoft. Lack of processes makes life of developer and asst. managers very hard, many times teams end up working late and on weekends. Poor Quality Asst. Managers (BAs), almost 9 out of 10 Asst. Managers do not have good command over English, and none of them have technical knowledge. Asst. Managers fail to understand the client's requirements due to poor understanding of English. As there is no process / documentation, teams end up working on unwanted things, client is able to see this mistake only after final demo, which leads in waste of time, money and efforts. Canteen facility is not stable, most of the time canteen service is not available. Lack of management processes such as induction processes (cultural, technical), tech awareness process, exit process. New joinees remain confused about overall process. There is high chance that a developer will work on active tasks on his last working day. Lack of discussions and reviews, there are no code reviews / discussions. No Awards / Certificates.
