      Located in a nice area of town

      Behind on building rent, management ignores their legal corporate obligations. Major cash flow issues and sketchy board member background.

      Pros

      The culture here is really good. People are welcoming and always ready to help. The company owner is the one you directly report to and he allows you to experiment with your development process even if it ends up in disaster, which for me personally gave a really good boost in my career growth.

      Cons

      The con includes not corporate benefits like parties and lunches. You do have basic insurance. As everyone has to report to the company founder, he becomes bottle neck sometimes and there is no mentor to show you better ways to do things.

      Mobix offers great comp and benefits. Professional growth is encouraged and hard work is recognized.

      There is no 401k match in place currently.
