      Lot to tell !!!! Its one of the worst company I have ever worked in my life. They don't even provide desktops to their employees, employees have to get their own laptops. 1. Low salary and very less increment. 2. Unprofessional higher management. 3. Lack of business vision. 4.Fake information in the website saying that it is headquartered in US and and has branches in Singapore, they don't have any office in US,CEO il be sitting in Bangalore office itself, they are nowhere in US market.No travelling allowance, no cab , no food for those who work in night shift.

MoboDexter started in 2013 with a few employees has grown into a strong company today with notable clients on products and services side. It is sad to note that you have not understood our businesses in other geographies or our operation model and have prematurely decided to leave certain comments assuming its non-existence.       Pros

      Yes this is what i was looking into after my College! Environment, culture and the Managers inputs was always too good. Best place for all the interns to learn and proceed for there career. Directors and Board Members are too cooperative. Especially HR wise its Very impressive. You will not know that it is a start up, there help full Policies and Leave management which is very good. Colleagues are very help full and make us to understand on each and every step Finance process is SET :)) Poeple don't give a thought just push in :)))

      A startup experience which is not taking off ..

      Pros

      The management of CEO and MD have good plans, on diverse technologies, including IOT. At the moment the company's only focus is working with few partners in providing resources. A small team is engaged in App development, a recruitment team, business development.

      Cons

      The management team preaches ethics, integrity and whole lot of empty words. But not practiced at the work place. You go on a day leave, immediately the recruitment team calls you with a job opportunity! So much of Trust! Have -seen people leaving at all levels - interns, engineers, VPs, BD! Have heard from many that salaries were bottled up during the notice period wihc can go to 3 months. Reason, finance issues.
