Pros
The hours are great - work-life balance is important here. The owners are extremely giving.. they are fun and personable. The salary is very fair and the commission is structured in a way where if you work hard and well you Will get paid very well, just like most sales careers. Company outings, healthy snacks, great atmosphere all-around.
Cons
I don’t believe this is a con, because every younger company has growing pains. Changes are a plenty, but all very thought through and for the best - of everyone.
