Working with the kids was amazing. I was able to design my own curriculum and coach their practices and games. I got free food at the concession stand whenever I wanted.
Cons
The organization and management was really poor. I had to work 7-12 hour shifts multiple times without a sufficient lunch break and if I needed to miss work I was required to find someone to cover my shift for me which was nearly impossible because most of the employees had teams at the same time or were working.
