Great culture, but too much of 'management slalom'.

Company got great people and great culture (surely 'no as-----les allowed' hiring policy helps), plenty of opportunities to find work that is a good fit for you, fair compensation/benefits, combined with great work/life balance. A lot of creative people in the office. Diverse environment.
Cons
Management is known for periodic drastic changes of course, which surely are signs of 'young' uncalcified-yet company, but some of this slaloming is a tad too much. Legacy software system is getting long in the tooth, without much hope of revamping it. What started as a really promising beginning fizzled out over time quite a bit. But there is some (dim) hope yet.
