A lot of people say that there is no such thing as the perfect job/company. I would've probably agreed with this statement about a year ago or so, until I joined Modality Systems. This is hands down the most 'AWESOME' organisation I've ever had the pleasure to work at in my 21-year career!!! I am very passionate about UC and technology, and thrive in an environment where I feel my achievements are acknowledged and rewarded. Modality have a great culture, the brightest people in the world in the UC/Skype for business space, and are simply the best in the business! Also, it is absolutely amazing how teams working across different time zones can collaborate so well and work as a unity!! If you are passionate about UC, love your work, and want to work on awesome projects that change people's lives and the way they perform their work then look no further, this is the place to be!
