Pros

The company itself is small. Everyone knows each other. Feels like you are family. If you’re doing well, you can make money. Great family work life balance.

Cons

Small company. Not a lot of room for growth. They only look at numbers. Not the market. Managers that have been there take advantage. Everyone suffers.

Huh, like what ? The showroom I guess is somewhat climate controlled.

Cons

MONEY HUNGRY!!!!! Don’t care about customer service at all. Their philosophy is grab as much money as possible from as many people as possible even if you’re already with a customer that was making a transaction with you. Stay away by all means. Management is very sneaky, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AT ALL. Don’t waste any of your time to be discredited, undervalued, demoralized and treated like you are a complete moron…
